3 Cats and 2 Dogs
I love all animals, but I have a special bond with cats and dogs.
Below I have some photos of our three cats, Nala (the ginger), Jacob (the white) and Ares (the white and grey).
They are all rescued cats! We rescued Nala when she was 30 days old in Lefkada, Greece. We adopted Jacob when he was 28 days old. Nala is 6 years old and Jacob is 5. My mom rescued Ares in Volos, Greece, when he was 8 months old. Ares passed away on 4/30/2019, at the age of 3, due to complications from FIV, FeLV and FIP. Thank you for the memories, Ares! May you rest in peace.
You will also find photos of the star of the last slide of my presentations, Turing! We rescued Turing from a national road in Crete, when he was around 2 months old. He's now 7 years old! In case you're wondering, he's a Cretan Hound (and he's a very good boy!).
On December 11, 2020, in the middle of the n-th wave of the pandemic, we adopted our sweet baby Terra (10wks, 10lbs at the time). She's Mastiff/Lab mix from Monticello, Arkansas. She's a certified good girl! (You can follow our advertures together @terrateeny.)
